Managing Client Relationships

Within the ImpactHER Accounting / Bookkeeping Customers platform, users can easily navigate through the menu on the left and access the 'Customers' tab. This opens up a full list of all customers, with details such as company name, primary contact name, email, telephone number, and active status. Customers can be grouped based on various criteria, making it easier to manage and contact them separately.

The platform also allows users to export client information in various formats such as CSV or PDF. Inactive customers are not counted in the total number displayed, providing a clear overview of active customer relationships. The ability to switch between active and inactive customer views ensures all client data is accessible and up to date.
